AUSTRALIAN BUYERS - POSTAGE
will be via Registered Post plus FREE insurance to the value of the product purchased.You will be notified by email of the receipt number and date of postage.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays or losses through the postage system. Once we have notified you of the Registered Post receipt number as proof of postage, the shipment becomes your responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - POSTAGE
will be via Standard Air Mail plus FREE insurance to the value of the product purchased. You will be notified by email of the shipment receipt number and date of postage. Standard Air Mail shipments can be tracked only to some countries at present.
FOR BUYERS FROM GERMANY AND CANADA - PLEASE NOTE that insurance is not available with Standard Air Mail and only up to $100 with Registered Post International. Our prices only include shipping via Registered Post International - SO, if you require full insurance on your shipping please add AU$30.00 to your purchase. This will also include tracking of your shipment. Please email us for any queries before purchasing.

Refunds will be considered only if we are notified within 14 days of the shipping date.

- we will present our products as best we can - there is no touching up of photos and it should be noted that the majority of opal stones look better when you look at them naturally than any photo can show.
